Do you think you might be facing harassment or discrimination in your apprenticeship, on your worksite, or in your company?  Knowing your rights gives you the power to fight back against discrimination and harassment.  The below fact sheets are designed to help you understand what your rights are as a tradeswoman, know the laws that protect you and the agencies that enforce them, and understand your next steps if you would like to file a complaint or take legal action.

Federal laws described in the below fact sheets apply to all tradeswomen.  State and local laws covered in these materials are primarily targeted toward tradeswomen working in Oregon, Washington, and California.
